A prominent French manufacturing company have re-organised their plant at Warmsworth, South Yorkshire. 2HA was engaged to space plan the production lines, refurbish a disused factory unit and re-organise the site and offices. The programme was aligned to a tight timescale accommodating the arrival of new machinery and processes. We closely liaised with the Wirquin engineers and project managers to reorganise the production lines and processes whilst maximising outputs and efficient use of the avialble space. The collaboration worked seamlessly and machinery was installed within the refurbished building ahead of programme. Works continue during 2013 to refurbish offices, marketing suites and product showrooms.
