The remodelling and refurbishment of 39,000 sq ft commercial office accommodation in central Leeds for Patrick Properties. 2HA was commissioned to secure planning permission for the conversion of the Ground Floor Car Park into office space and to convert the existing c1997 office accommodation into a modern ‘Grade A’ office development for a single tenant letting. The works are scheduled to be completed by Christmas 2013.
