2HA was commissioned by the shopping centre to gain planning approvals for a number of refurbishment and extensions to existing shop units within the complex. Following the successful planning consent to extend units into a service yard area we undertook feasibility studies for two separate 60,000 ft² new retail units and the re-organisation of car parking and associated servicing at the retail complex adjacent to the Halifax Piece Hall.
