Our long term client APN Ltd acquired the derelict site of a 17th Century clergy house in the conservation area overlooking the Leeds Minster Parish Church. 2HA were commissioned to convert the building into seven spacious luxury apartments realising the vision of our client to create a contemporary unique deluxe serviced apartment experience themed upon his travels around the world. Seven large multi levelled 1 & 2 Bed apartments with generous living spaces, balconies, hot tubs, modern kitchens and themed bedrooms were created overcoming the technical challenges of converting the existing fabric and creating exceptional living spaces with common areas themed upon ‘The Bells’ historical site.
