2HA bid as part of the Britcon Team for the post ‘Stage D’ delivery of this 18Nr apartment scheme for Leeds City Council. Funded through the Council Housing Growth Programme the one and two bed self contained secure units for over 55’s were designed to a high efficiency sustainable brief and linked to BMS energy efficiency technology partnered with Leeds University. The timber framed construction was designed to Accredited Robust Details, high spec air permeability standards, Lifetime Homes & Secured by Design Standards.
