2HA has been commissioned to design a number of one-off new build and major refurbishments of single houses and residences across the region over the past few years. Ranging from a new detached dwellings to various refurbishment and extension projects of differing types and sizes including detached plots, traditional stone cottages and alterations to modern housing types. Consents have been gained for traditional and contemporary schemes of various sizes and projects completed on listed buildings, in Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB’s).
