Connect Housing engaged 2HA to design an extension and refurbish an apartment block in Harehills, Leeds. The extension provides additional communal living and kitchen/laundry spaces with newly landscaped external gardens and refurbished apartments for the leading local social housing provider. A living sedum roof was designed to maximise surface water retention and provide a soft aspect onto the new flat roofed extension from the existing apartments.
