Brenden was responsible for the technical design and contract administration of a new build landmark site completing St Peter’s Square, adjacent to the Town Hall, City Art Gallery and Princess St, Manchester.
This office refurbishment included an exterior strip back to the existing primary structure (concrete frame) structural reinforcement and the addition of extra three storey’s.
Glazed facades with projecting terracotta clad bays provide additional floor space.
The refurbished scheme provides approximately 27,000sqft of lettable office space, along with ground floor coffee shops and retail outlets.
