A 14-storey extension to Leeds College of Music on a prime development site forming part of the Quarry Hill masterplan. The development consists of 1200sqm of college accommodation linked into the existing building, with 190 student accommodation beds in the upper floors for Unite.
The teaching accommodation is sited within the lower four floors adjacent to the existing Leeds College of Music. Brenden acted as Project Architect whilst at a former practice to deliver the building through a Design and Build procurement including an 18 month pre-contract bid stage to satisfy the planning conditions.
