Detailed consent for Reserved Matters was gained based on a detailed design for seven townhouses as an extension to 21 plots which were previously developed. The gently sloping site completes the development and replaces delapidated farm buildings which dated back to when the landowner lived in a farm on site rearing chickens and donkeys.
