Throughout our combined experience over the last 30 years we have designed, administered and project managed numerous education projects across all education sectors for various authorities and private organisations. We have delivered educational buildings through partnerships, as consultants and as client representatives via traditional routes, frameworks and design and build contracts.
We have experience of many government led initiatives from ‘new deals for schools’, ‘BSF’, ‘Academies’ to ‘free schools’ and privately led partnership academies together with various student accommodation developments. During the development of school design over the last 30 years we have experienced major changes in educational thinking from both a client’s and a design consultant’s perspective. We have seen many changes in procurement methods whilst also embracing the advent of sustainable technologies and the green agenda for a better sustainable future which is now embodied into all building design in this sector for the benefit of all stakeholders.
