2HA have collaborated with Engie and their team providing 30 bed residential care homes across the country since 2012. A thorough understanding of the end users needs and operational requirements has allowed us to develop the Exemplar facilities and provide technical delivery from Planning stage to completion on site. Each three storey faculty accommodates up to 30 service users and have provision for clients with neuro-disability, brain injury & stroke, mental ill-health, complex dementia and physical disabilities. In addition to residential care there are leisure facilities provided to meet the needs of residents and aid a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The latest facility at Cross Green Lane ,Leeds, is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2019.
